1:1 Coaching

For one-on-one coaching, we focus on:

Frequently Asked Questions

How much time will I need to invest?

Like anything in life, you’ll get out of this what you put into it. Coaching includes not only the sessions but also the preparation and follow-up. For the best outcome, plan to invest at least two hours outside of our sessions every other week.

How often do we meet and for how long each time?

We’ll meet twice monthly for 75 or 90 minutes per session—virtually. I’m also available for “spot coaching” if you need support between sessions. Tiers 2-4 offer quarterly reviews (half-day) and year end business planning (1-2 days).

How long do coaching engagements last?

Coaching relationships are open-ended, and we’ll decide the duration together. For monthly coaching, I ask for an energetic commitment of at least twelve months, others, I partner with clients for several years.

How quickly will I see results?

Coaching varies from person to person, many see results within 2-3 months. Plan on walking away with metrics tailored around accountability for the best outcome. We’ll always know what success looks like and how we continue to move towards it.
